It’s normal to see small differences between Noom Vibe and other step-tracking devices. This doesn’t mean anything is wrong - here are a few common reasons why it can happen and what you can do.
Common reasons for step differences
Different devices, different methods
Noom Vibe and other trackers may use different sensors and algorithms to count steps. Because of this, numbers may not match exactly.
Sync delays
Noom Vibe syncs periodically with your phone to update your step count. Sometimes delays can happen due to third-party servers, so the app may briefly show steps from the last successful sync rather than your most recent activity.
Outdated software
If your app or phone software isn’t up to date, step count issues might occur.
Things you can try
Make sure both Noom Vibe and your phone’s operating system are updated to the latest version
Restart your phone to refresh connections
Restart Noom Vibe
Reinstall Noom Vibe, and grant all of the required permissions
