How do I redeem my Vibes for gift cards?

1. Open the Noom Vibe app.

2. Go to the Rewards tab.

3. Follow the steps provided to submit the redemption form.

Note: You will not receive a confirmation email after submitting the form.

When will I receive my gift card?

Once you submit the redemption form, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your gift card.

Where will my gift card be sent?

Your gift card will be sent digitally to the email address you entered on the redemption form.

I didn’t receive my gift card, what should I do?

If it’s been more than 10 business days, try the following:

• Search your inbox and spam folders for an email from “tangocard”.

• If you use Apple’s Hide My Email feature (like a @privaterelay.appleid.com address), the email may have been blocked or filtered.
