To access the library of workouts and meditations: Home Screen > tap Step > tap 'Add a daily healthy habit' > Add one or more of the following habits: Workout for 15 min, Meditate for 5 min > tap X to exit the screen > tap the ‘Workout for 15 min’ habit to access the full library of workouts and meditations.
To access the library of meditations: Home Screen > tap Step > tap 'Add a daily healthy habit' > Add Meditate for 5 min > tap X to exit the screen > tap the ‘Meditate for 5 min’ habit to access the library of meditations.
Access to workouts is unlimited, even after you have completed a daily workout habit, you can still tap the workout or medication habit to access the workouts.
