Noom Vibe's mission is to empower everyone, everywhere to live a better, healthier life and this starts with changing your behavior to build healthy habits. Noom Vibe’s Habit Tracker lets you earn rewards by tracking your preferred healthy habits like 🚰drinking water, 🙏daily gratitude and 🥗healthy meals.
- The Habit Tracker is located at: Home Screen: > Tap Step.
- To start tracking a new habit: Scroll to the bottom of the Step screen > tap 'Add a daily healthy habit' > select the Add button located beside your preferred habit. You can select from the list to track as many habits as you wish but you can only receive Vibes for a maximum of 10 habits per day.
- You earn 10 vibes per day for each habit that you successfully track. To earn and bank the vibes, after completing a habit, you must tap the circle next to the habit before the day ends (at midnight) to mark it complete. When you hear the coins jingle and see the check mark, this confirms success!
- To stop tracking a particular habit, swipe left on that habit to delete it from your list.
