If you are experiencing an issue with the app, first of all please take the following actions:
- check the app store to ensure that you are running the latest version of Noom Vibe
- close and restart the app
- restart your phone
If the bug persists, then you can report it by:
Home Screen > Me > Settings > Contact Us > Tap the help button in the bottom right hand corner
It is very helpful for you to include as much information as possible, like what you were doing at the time and if possible, a screenshot or screen recording.
